In C&A, our associate’s program is built on the core mechanism of ‘common interest sharing’, where our associates form a community of shared interest, career and destiny together along with Clement and Associates (C&A). In line with C&A’s acquisition and listing plan in the United Kingdom, bonus shares of the UK company valued at £15,000 will be rewarded to the C&A associates that have signed the C&A Associates Service Contract by September 30, 2022.

The primary role of an associate is to service and assist Green Smart Planet corporate users on project introduction, user pre-qualification, registration, payment and guidance of Green Smart Planet.
Associate will be promoted to Certified Associate when the performance index of serving at least one Green Smart Planet corporate client is achieved, and the service contract of certificate associate will come into effect immediately.
The primary role of a Certified Associate is to provide professional advisory and facilitation to corporate clients on multinational deals.
As a Certified Associate, the nature of work is on a case-by-case basis, certified associates are given the options to work individually or in a professional team to deliver the work. Work time scalability is free to arrange.
Certified Associate position is considered under freelance mechanism, and does not involve any fixed salary or allowances.
Professional Service fees for Certificate Associates are disbursed as:
1. Corporate client annual fee on Green Smart Planet (RMB 5,000)
2. 0.25% service fees from corporate client deal value on Green Smart Planet (any form/unlimited)
3. Corporate client upgrade with “Aggressive Operational Service”, additional RMB 7,200
Professional fees shown above are to be transacted in Chinese Yuan(RMB), to be paid within 7 days on the 30th of each calendar month.
In an event where relevant corporate clients seek for additional professional services or other business-related services; Certified Associates will be disbursed 40% of the professional fees earned by Clement & Associates. Depending on the nature of each individual project case, corporate clients have the options to pay the professional fees through direct payments (any currency), public listed companies share, or instalments, etc.
During the contract period, Certified Associates will have the opportunity to compete with certified associates from other countries/regions every quarter of the year for the Top 10 outstanding associates, with bonus varies from £ 10,000 to £ 100,000.
C&A global headquarter is expected to list on London Stock Exchange, any associate that has been promoted to Certified Associate before 30th September 2022, will be awarded 150,000 signing bonus shares valued at £ 15,000, with issue price of £ 0.10 per share.
Every Certified Associate will also be given an employee share option of 300,000 shares, with issue price of £ 0.10 per share. The employee share option must be exercised 30 days prior of the listing of C&A global headquarter.
Rewards and punishments may vary depending on each associate’s discipline, efficiency and the ability to handle client’s matters.
