Every Certified Associate can be promoted to a position of Managing Associate (Firm Director). A Managing Associate will be authorised to set up a C&A Associate Firm and organize an own team of Certified Associates. Managing Associate will hold the responsibility of providing assistance to the Certified Associates under the Associate Firm, meanwhile coordinating the corporate clients’ complaints and disputes between the Certified Associates.
